Get assessed stat: The milk question aside - if the headache is new/unusual for you given you age serious causes need to be rapidly excluded with an urgent doctor assessment and you may require tests/scans. Dairy is controversial but both casein and tyramine in dairy products have been implicated in migraines. Best to consult dr/dietician here as you may need another calcium source. All the best.

Soy milk: If you have migraines from lactose sensitivity, it may help to switch to soy. Migraine triggers can be from anything, including the lactose in dairy milk. I would anticipate that goat milk would have the same effects but soy should be better.
