Probably OK: Chlamydia indeed can cause vaginal bleeding, and it takes several days for treatment to resolve such symptoms. It's OK for such symptoms to first show up in the first couple days after treatment, so probably no worries. But check back with the doctor if you're still spotting a week after treatment.
