You should be seen: at a clinic or an ED. Any pain that is sharp and causing lightheadedness could be serious. You are entitled to be evaluated at any emergency department without insurance in order to determine whether you might be having an emergency. If you are having your period this could be a collapsed lung. If you have been injured, this could be a broken rib. Please get help.
