Sounds like Histaminic headache that might be caused by some Foods/ drinks. However, use of Computer, Smart gadgets, and Posture while using them or while performing daily activities can cause some of these strains & pain. A visit to the Eye Doctor might be helpful.

Best to pin down definitively the precise diagnosis, as there could be bilateral TMJ jaw issues, dental or sinus triggers, even potential greater occipital neuralgia. Migraine variants could be considered. Specialty consults perhaps from dentist, neurologist but start with primary doctor.
