Doctor Visit: Need Ob Gyn or doctor to do Pelvic Exam with cultures. The discharge can be diagnosed from the exam and cultures. Easily treated with medication. The bumps are likely hair follicles that got infected with normal flora from the skin. Use a clean razor, antibacterial soap. You may need an antibiotic to clear up the skin. Ask the dermatologist if you continue to have skin problems.
