Hello dr. i have breast swelling and tenderness to touch. my periods are comming soon. my left breast feels larger and lumpy; glands r kind of swollen. im experiencing same symptoms on my right breast but with less swelling. what meds can i take?

Breast swelling: Breast swelling and tenderness are consistent with the pre-period symptoms, however the "lumpy" left breast with "glands" should be examined by a MD after the period has been completed.
