? Rhinosinusitis : i.e. inflammation of the nasal cavity/sinuses, can cause such symptoms, kindly see your doctor again or an ENT specialist, you may need a CT scan of your sinuses, meanwhile, saline nasal washes would help, pain killers and decongestants too, but read the labels carefully, good luck
