The thin particles: of poo on your toilet paper may be refracting the light and giving the appearance of fluorescent green. In addition some of the byproducts of digestion (biliverdin and bilirubin) that are in your poo could also appear to be green. This is unlikely to be anything pathological. Does your urine glow in the dark? That would be worrisome.
