Back problem: My first thought was a neuroma in the foot however your MRI was normal. The low back spinal nerves innervate the foot. Positional changes effect the pinched area of the nerve exiting the spine. I would get a CT scan of the lumbar back. Antiinflammatory meds can help quiet the nerve down. Call in or see a doctor to get back to health.
