Anal Sex & Pain: Nope. But you may not have a disease. You and your partner may need to gently train your rectum to take this sexual experience. You may need more lubricant. I often recommend "the joy of sex" to my straight patients, but there is a version called "the joy of gay sex" that is an excellent resource. But, with time and experience this will improve and be a thing in the distant past.
