Consultation : Is required to get that over this platform and only available in some areas. We do almost always direct people to obtain their repeat prescriptions through their primary care doctor as this is safest and ensures correct ongoing monitoring and review happens

Consultation: Yes, you can get prescriptions on this app via the 'consultation service' BUT the service is intended as an after-hours service. In other words we expect you to get repeat prescriptions for ongoing medical issues from your usual Dr but can help out in urgent situations.
