Pilonidal cyst: It would have been best to see a physician as soon as it was noticed. Please see a physician now as it is infected . Sometimes they re-occur.

Pilonidal cyst: Have him seen by a general surgeon for what is most likely an infected pilonidal sinus cyst. In the meantime apply warm soaks.
