Question ?: If you are asking what might be the cause, there are a number of possibilities, including sinus issues, TMJ, periodontal disease, bruxism, and a tooth issue. Without being able to examine you, it is hard to tell so your best bet is to start with a local dentist to rule out any of the above issues.
