Does zoloft cause muscle pain/spasms?

Akathisia?: Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor (SSRI) effect serotonin ( & indirectly dopamine) which can affect our muscle function though uncommonly. SRRI can cause a dis-equilibrium of metabolites which if severe can also cause mulscle spasm. Most likely, it is the anxiety and depression that are contributing to your symptoms. You and your doctor can sort out both the diagnosis & treatment decisions. Good luck
