I started bactrim a week ago for an infected cartilage (daith) piercing. lymph nodes behind that ear are slightly swollen. shouldn't they go back to normal now that i've been on antibiotics for a week? no other symptoms and infection is healing.

Not necessarily: It is wonderful that your infection is improved but the lymph nodes can take several months to resolve. So be patient
