Not much: Assuming you do not get hypothermic, since the cold virus is best beaten back when the nasal and pharyngeal passageways warm up (that is why fever occurs), you might experience a slight prolongation of the effects of the cold. I assume you are going out to exercise and as long as you have no breathing problems, you can do this until you feel bad.
