Need to be checked: In your age nipple discharge especially if it is from both breasts is usually not from malignancy. However, there are so many causes for nipple discharge including physiologic, hormonal, infectious, fibrocystic, and neoplastic (benign and malignant) that makes it impossible to figure it out on this site. You need to be checked by a breast care provider.
