Many causes: Many causes of nausea. After the flu, it's possible to have lingering irritation of the stomach lining (gets better with antacids) - but if this doesn't resolve, see your doctor. If you notice any yellow tinge in the whites of the eyes, or develop pain/tenderness in the right upper abdomen, see the doctor right away.
