Maybe/wait & see: Yes, BV soiled underwear can re-infect the vagina again, however, you need to wait and see if the symptoms return post Rx. It is unlikely that this may occur, but a "pile of clothes" that need to be washed should not be a hygienic location for the next days underwear for use.
