Possibly: You are correct that bacterial vaginosis is one of the possible causes of vaginal discharge especially as you describe a fishy odor. This can be confirmed with an exam and treated with antibiotics. Low back pain is a very complicated problem with many causes. It is not possible to determine the cause here without an exam and more extensive questioning.
