A member asked:

I was exposed to the sun yesterday and my face is a little red, what should i do? can affect seborrheic dermatitis or my facial hair growth?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Enjoy yourself: A little time in the sun is good for you. If it's going to be more than a little, use sunscreen. If you've got seborrheic dermatitis, manage it like a grown-up -- simple dandruff shampoo might be enough. Your facial hair growth is genetically programmed -- sparse or thick, be happy with what nature gave you. Frankly, I'm sorry anybody made you afraid of sunlight -- too many scaremongers.
