No problem: Each dose of azithromycin remains in your system for 10 days. Also, you can safely take 4 or even 8 times this dose all at once, with no harm except maybe some transient nausea or cramping. There is absolutely no need to be so precise in dose timing. Take it at roughly the same time each day (+/- 4 hours) then don't worry about it.
