Abd pain: When was your last BM? Passing gas? Fever? Do you have a history of constipation? Do you have a history of surgery? Right lower pain? Would make sure you are drinking 2-3 liters water /gatorade a day. If you are having BM and gas could try prune juice . Follow up with doc today as may need imaging CT - make sure not obstructed/ diverticulitis and may need antibiotics if diverticulitis. .
