Could be many things: Low back pain diagnosis and mgt is complex. You need to see a neurologist or a pain physician to see diagnose you. Most common cause of LBP in young patients is myofascial. However, pelvic pain with radiation (there are many causes of this) and spinal pain (disc herniation, etc) are common also that may need imaging. Impossible to answer you without evaluation.
