Unlikely: Cure is not a common term used to treat allergies. Allergies can be "controlled" and on occasion will resolve spontaneously. The closest treatment to a cure is allergy injections for treatment of environmental allergies. These injections help over 80% of people and decrease symptoms by over 80% typically and the good effect can last for years after injections stopped.
