Needs consult: Depends on what the white patch is. If it is candida (yeast) then there is a cream that can be used. Does need evaluation however as a variety of reasons forlip lesions - some of which may be serious if not addressed early. Firstly: The cause of the white patch will determine the treatment. If it is due to loss of melanin then no cream may change that. If do to fungal or infection or injury use of topical antifungal or antibiotics may help. A Dermatologist or your PCP can help
