i was accidentally taking about 400 mg of b6 over the past two weeks about 5 days i was 7 almost 8 weeks pregnant when i started taking it.

No harm: There is no harm in taking vitamin B6 at the dose you mentioned. You should be taking folic acid. For the sake of your and your baby's health you should be under the care of an obstetrician. Wish you good health and a healthy baby!
