Baby won't be: If I have reason to drug test your newborn I can find any drug exposure back to about 20 wks. Your pee would be clean, but that is not where I look. If you are on the Child & Family Services watch list,have suspicious visitors or other factors that raise concerns it will be found. You need to be up front with your doc so they can help you & baby.
