White bumps on skin: May be heat rash or fuingal. http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/heat-rash/basics/definition/con-2003 Wash , keep cool , may consider coconut oil after shower. If painful red , pus may need topical antibioitcs . Could also try desitin by bra line and alternate bras . f/u/ w/ doc
