See a specialist: There are a number of factors that can result in a low sperm count. In a male with a low sperm count a thorough history, physical examination, and repeat semen analysis can be very helpful. Many times the physician will also order hormone levels to further evaluate testicular function. Evaluation by an infertility specialist is important. Best wishes.
