major health anxiety the pastyear, i think every bodily change or pain is cancer. only 20 and trying to focus on uni. whatcan i do to stop worrying?

Educate yourself: The best solution to eliminate your anxiety is to read up more about Cancer. The first thing you will learn is that cancer is largely a disease of the older people (>60 years). It is extremely rare in the 20 to 30 year range. so you should not worry! Secondly, not every ache and pain is Cancer, in fact cancer is a painless condition to begin with and remains so for a period of months. So relax.
