Is it possible to get a dry socket after 7 weeks following a wisdom teeth extraction?

Highly unlikely: But if the surgical area is symptomatic, call the Dentist or Dental Specialist way did the extraction. They may want to see you for reevaluation, or prescribe a specific course of treatment. The treating professional is the person that knows your individual circumstances best of all.

Dry Socket: Dry sockets usually begin 2-3 days following an extraction. Perhaps 4-5 days at most. Seven weeks? No. If you are having problems with that area, see your local dentist.
