Chest pain: chest pain as described here and at your age is most likely to be coming from the chest wall "musculoskeletal". Other common causes may include asthma and acid reflux. Heart problems can cause chest pain but your symptoms are not fitting. If ibuprofen does not help your pain then you should see your doctor.
