Nausea and Vomiting: Nausea and vomiting are caused by many things like viral infections, food poisoning, anxiety, and sometimes pregnancy. Unprotected sex should always raise concern for a possible pregnancy or contraction of sexually transmitted infections. I would follow up with the child's doctor for pregnancy and infection testing.
