Not at all: And when they note it is temporary that means minutes to hours after gravity returns the height to its baseline. There is no realistic way for an adult to increase height to any extent permanently. If you have lots of $$$ and time you might try some of the foreign countries that offer to break your femurs and stretch them. This is risky surgery with no guarantees but would offer some inches.
