Exercise: Walking is excellent aerobic exercise and low weight strength training is ok too. I emphasize that not straining is important.

Depends: In general, moderate cardiovascular exercise is good for your heart. But please discuss this with your cardiologist before starting a specific exercise program. Someone would need to know the specifics of your heart disease (precise amount of root dilation, ventricular and valve function) before being able to provide safe recommendations.
