I am worried about my son's growth. we have to take him yearly for a visit. he is 9 and weighs 52.5lbs and is 49.5 in tall. should i be worried?

Need to plot growth: As a parent it can be very scary and feeling like your child's numbers are a test in your parenting. Generally we like to know trends and not absolutes. Take a look at this link and see if your son follows his curve. Typically if kids are in the middle of the curve and follow it, we don't worry.
