Body temperature: Small fluctuations in body temperature are a normal part of physiology and are not a known cause of fetal abnormalities.

No it won't : harm your unborn baby, little fever or night sweats. Anencephaly or other neural tube defects aren't related to fever in the mother. Relax, keep the follow up with your Obstetrician, wish you an uneventful pregnancy and a healthy baby
