Very likely; see doc: From the sounds of it, the "atrial lead" is from a pacemaker, indicating some prior problem with the heart rhythm. Mobile echodensity, which is the usual description of a thrombus, can arise in RAA from arrhythmias. Usual treatment is blood thinners & careful observation (in case stroke symptoms develop).
