For the past few weeks i've been feeling some movement in my upper stomach, doesn't hurt, sometimes though i can even see the movements?

Intestines: Hi In the upper middle stomach area you can sometimes see two things in individuals that are very thin. If it is a pulsatile movement, that is part of the movement of your aorta, which is a very large artery that runs vertically down the midline at that position. The second is intestinal contractions, which you will see almost ripple across the abdomen. Hope this helps
