Peristalsis: Normal bowel movement of small intestine and even colon is called peristalsis. Presuming not pregnant??

Hard to say: stomach movement or gurgling may be normal contractions of your stomach and if it's quiet you may hear them. As long as you are not having abdominal pain or throwing up or running fever it's probablly normal. Also if your bowel movements are normal it's probably a good sign too. But of course see your own doctor if you do not feel well
