Nope: Vinegar will not cure trichomonas. You need an antibiotic called metronidazole. Discuss with your obstetrician. There are no effective "natural" treatments and vinegar will not work. NEVER douche with anything, especially when pregnant. Very unhealthy, even dangerous. Don't do it. Get tested for other STDs: gonorrhea and chlamydia are common in women with trichomonas.
