Synkinesis of CN VII: Lid myokymia (twitching) is typically associated with fatigue or dryness. Artificial tears and more sleep are recommended, but in very rare instances, there might be some pressure on a branch of the facial nerve (cranial nerve VII) , If rest and topical lubrication do not remedy the problem, see an ophthalmologist to determine if it is anything serious, though this is not likely.
