Stuck where?: If in your nostril I would try saline drops frequently and that can help. Of course depends on what is stuck. If caught in esopahgus recommend calling your doctor or seeing a provider.

Obstruction : It depends on where you think the thing is stuck. It sounds like maybe somewhere in an airway. You could see an ENT who could examine you and maybe use a nasoscope to check and retrieve it. Sometimes it feels like there's something stuck when the problem is swelling and inflammation. Someone will have to check to see what is causing your specific problem.
