Bleeding: needs to be evaluated by your doctor. The goal is healing and prevention of infection. The glans or head of the penis is sensitive to touch because of the many nerve endings there. If you are not circumcised it may have something to do w/foreskin being too tight but your doc will know. Just speak honestly w/him/her. Peace and good health.
