I have a slipped disc at my l4 l5 area. besides going for surgery, what other alternatives can i do to help my back? i've tried chiropractic too.

Disc herniaiton : Treatment is guided by symptoms and clinical findings. If neurological deficient has set in, surgery may be the best option. Lumbar epidural injections may provide great relief from the pain. Avoidance of smoking and re-injury as well as core strengthening is recommended. Good luck.
