I'm told my risk of having hpv to begin with is unlikely but i still can't stop worrying about or fearing getting penile cancer as a result of hpv.

Get vaccine: HPV vaccine is available for men also and you may wish to avail of it. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Things to ponder: Rare things rarely happen. If it ever did, you could actually see early signs, when it is curable, in deference to women whose corresponding disease is inside & only evident on pap smears and other nasty procedures. If you are obsessed with the issue find an unrelated therapist who could help you either find out what is really behind your worry or teach you some coping skills.
