Need an exam: You need a GYN MD to perform a pelvic( & rectal) exam to determine the source of your pelvic an rectal pain. There are several possible causes including Endometriosis, inadequate repair of a previous 4th degree laceration/episiotomy, hemorrhoids, etc.
