Kidney stone?: is the classic one for loin to groin pain. However variety of other possibilities - muscle, urine infection, other abdominal or pelvic infections/problems. Recommend consultation with doctor as will require examination and possibly tests such as urinalysis and blood tests. Seek urgent attention if severe pain or fever
