A member asked:

Why would my blood count be at 14?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Blood count: That may be a hemoglobin which is part of red blood count. 14 is normal. Usually hemoglobin is accompanied by a hematocrit which is usually about 3 times the hemoglobin which would be about 42 in your case. A third portion of the red blood count is the total red blood cell count which is about 4.7 to 6.1 million for a male.
